Include or Exclude the End Date?

Worked example
1 January 2026 to 1 March 2026: January has 31 days and February 2026 has 28, so 31 + 28 = 59 days. That is 8 weeks and 3 days, exactly 2 months, 42 weekdays and 17 weekend days.
